Epilepsy Center
The Epilepsy Center offers comprehensive evaluation and treatment of all types of seizure disorders (epilepsy) by a board certified epilepsy specialist (Dr. Nitin K Sethi). Our services include facility of EEG (electroencephalogram), ambulatory 24 and 48 hours EEG and video-EEG for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of all types of seizure disorders.
Executive Brain Health Center
The Executive Brain Health Center goal is to ensure a healthy brain and mind. Our executive brain health package includes a comprehensive neurological evaluation and tests such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), electroencephalogram (EEG), Doppler ultrasound and neuropsychological assessment to identify your risk for stroke and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and dementias. Each patient individual risk factors are identified and modification of these risk factors is done by medicines, dietary modification (brain healthy diet) and exercise (neurobics). Our goal is to ensure that you have a healthy brain and mind.
Sports Neurology and Concussion Center
The Sports Neurology and Concussion Center offers evaluation and treatment services exclusively for athletes both amateur and professional who suffer head injuries during the course of play. The goal of this center is to assess injured athletes in a comprehensive and timely fashion and ensure safe and speedy return back to the playing field. We comprehensively diagnose and treat neurological conditions that can impact athletic performance.

Neuromuscular issues such as fatigue, cramps and poor endurance
Services offered at the Sports Neurology and Concussion Center include:

Comprehensive timely evaluation and treatment of professional and amateur athletes who have suffered concussions and closed head injuries during play –determine if the athlete has suffered a concussion (with the aid of various concussion assessment tools, concussion grading scales, clinical and computer based neurocognitive testing), help manage the condition in a timely fashion, counsel about concussion, management and treatment of post concussion related issues such as post concussion headaches, balance problems, mood and personality problems and as per the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) 2013 Concussion guidelines regarding evaluation and management of concussions in sports providing appropriate clearance for an athlete to return to play.

Evaluate and treat athletes with nerve or muscle injury –diagnose specific nerve and muscle injuries sustained during sports and direct treatment and therapeutic strategies enabling athletes to safely return to play with minimal risk of re-injury.

Evaluate patients with pre-existing neurological conditions –patients with any pre-existing neurological condition who would like to obtain clearance to participate in a certain sport such as patients with a seizure disorder who wish to participate in contact sports.

Consultations focusing on optimizing athletic performance –providing competitive athletes with strategies to safely optimize neuromuscular athletic performance.

Evaluate and treat athletes of all ages and expertise with seizures-counseling athletes with seizures on what sports are off limits. Concussions and seizures-is there a link? Which sports are safe and which are not? Could indulgence in some sports make seizures potentially worse Vs could some sports actually be beneficial for people with epilepsy (physically and psychologically). Can vigorous physical exercise provoke seizures?
